This site is operated by Castle Rock Capital Management LLC, doing business as The Mad Lender. This policy describes what information we collect through themadlender.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form or the book excerpt form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, the profile you select, and the description of your inquiry. The site also collects the standard technical logs any web server records, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct the intake call, deliver the book excerpt you requested, and send occasional updates on private lending and note investing if you opted in. Form submissions are processed and stored in our customer relationship system. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate our forms, email, and customer records, who process it on our behalf.
You can unsubscribe from update emails at any time using the link in the email or by writing to dsmith@castlerockcc.com. We will still respond to direct inquiries you send us.
Retention and access
We keep inquiry records as long as they are useful for the purposes above. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, write to dsmith@castlerockcc.com.
Client information
Consulting engagements are governed by a written engagement agreement, and the confidentiality terms of that agreement control over this policy for engagement materials.
Changes
